Anti-terrorist protection

According to Art. 10-3 of the RoK Law No. 416 dated 13.07.1999. "About counteraction to terrorism" Timmar carries out the terrorist threats investigation for the benefit of the Clients. Security risk analyses are  guided by the RoK Government Resolution No. 191 dated 03.04.2015 where the main requirements to the anti-terrorist protection system of  facilities.. On the basis of this work results we  prepare "The standard passport of counter-terrorist security at site (SPCTS), which is vulnerable concerning the terrorism" which is regulated by the RoK Government Resolution No. 1217 dated 12.11.2013. Jointly with the Company "Caspii Oil Systems" we prepare solutions for counter-terrorism protection of sites, as well as we have installed anti-ram equipment’s at the Atyrau Oil Refinery, Karakuduk oil field in Mangystau Region, in the Atyrau branch of National Bank of the RoK and other locations. We have developed exclusive offers for site security upgrading in case of "orange" and "red" level of terrorist threats in the country.

We also offer a comprehensive solution for the protection of oil pipelines, including underwater ones. The "OptaSence" system allows to receive information about emerging threats for oil and gas pipelines in real time, including which run along the bottom of rivers and the sea.
