Country and industrial risks investigation

In assessing country risks, we study the set of financial, economic, and socio-political variables. Studying industry risks, Timmar LLP determines the probability of the Customer’s business loss as a result of socio-economic changes in the oil and gas sector.

The "Timmar" company using public sources monitors the security climate in the country, the region and the oil and gas industry providing Customers with the relevant reviews on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually basis. When identifying the prerequisites that can have a sudden and negative impact on the activities of the Customer, we report this immediately.  

During the implementation of Compliance Control services, we study counterparties for possible affiliation with representatives of the customer’s company and identify possible signs of corruption, theft or fraud. We find out the final owners (beneficiaries) of the Customer’s counterparties, including possible nominees, on whom enterprises are registered.
